Eat, Drink, and be Healthy. I felt compelled to make a sweet cornbread today. I found a recipe, got out all the ingredients, and began my work! I then noticed that I could definitely throw in some pepper jack cheese and jalapenos that would make for a delicious spicy cornbread. What to do but make a sweet AND spicy cornbread! I hoped for the best and threw in the cheese and pepper.
